My Renault Grand Senenic, 2010 model and Reg number: ZBB210GP is in for a small bumper bash at Olympus Panelbeaters in Silverton. It's been 6 weeks and I still don't have my car back. The Panelbeaters ordered a Radiator at Renault Centurion. They've placed the order with Martie at Renault Centurion on 012 682 9912. When the Radiator arrived, the box and the content did not match. They've send it back to Renault Centurion requesting the correct Radiator. A sample of the Radiator was send with to make sure that the correct part gets ordered. The Panelbeaters received the second Radiator today (1 March) and again the Radiator is not matching with the Car's VIN number (VF1JZONB642456651)

I am getting very annoyed with Renault Centurion as well as the Panelbeaters. I don't have any transport at the moment and this is a major issue for me.

I need this issue to be sorted out TODAY and I need someone from Renault SA to contact me and make arrangements for me with regards to transport!

This is totally unacceptable and the WORST SERVICE I have ever received from Renault!

Please contact me as a matter of EXTREME URGENCY!
