I complained about the type of service i recieved from the outsurance panelbeaters - Cronje panelbeaters. Zingy apologised and assured me that they will contact me. An assesor came to check the car a day after i logged the complain and agreed that the panelbeaters did damage my car. He promised to book my car at the Mokar panelbeaters in Centurion. The assesor sent me the panelbeaters address with the incomplete contact details. I have to search for the contact details myself cause the assesor were not ansering my calls. i called the panelbeaters and they have no information about me and my booking. Yesterday i called Outsurance and spoke to Jathin Mathura who promised to call back in an hour. He has not called and im still fraustated with nobody to assist me. Outsurance is THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! im now convinced
