I cannot stop expressing how wonderful this lady is, she has always been so helpful and it gives me great pleasure to write this compliment. We all know that service is still something that is not understood. But this lady knows what service is all about and mind you I'm not even a client yet.

Truly can't wait to be a BMW client. It's service like this that drive consumer decision making.
