Poor Service and Feedback

Car went in for a alternator problem. When we get it back their was suddenly a problem with the powersteering and a powersteering pipe that was leaking.(Damaged). The mechanic working on the car did not pick that up but he notice their was a problem on the suspension rubbers. The problem is he was working at the powersteering and did not see the problem but sees the problem on the suspension that is far from the original problem. The problem now is when I take my car for repair at this group I get it back with more problems. This wasnt the first time. Both the dealer principal and the service manager promised they will get back to me. Since the problem they never contacted me. I am driving a Honda Accord 2.4 V-TEC. For now I would rather sugest that people stay away from this tipe of cars because if the dealers can not fix it properly how can the driver? To say this is after they charge me R17615.33 and when we took the car back a further R5393.49 for the leaking powersteering pipe. I think this is dyalight. Is this not a good reason to stay away from this product and dealer ship.???
