I bought a Duratec battery (25/6/2013) at the Boksburg branch (21/7/2013) I returned the battery as it was dead I had to push start my car to get it to run, when we returned it they did a test on my car to see if it is not my cars fault that the battery is dead at there was nothing wrong with my car, so they took the battery and did a load test and said that there is a dead sell on the battery so they gave me a new battery - 4days later I had the same problem I struggled with my car again I got an electrician out to come & check my car & he did more tests on my car, the electrician says there is no problem with my car & gave me a new different battery to use it has been 3weeks & no problem with the new battery. so we returned the Duratec battery to the Boksburg branch and asked for the money back as it is not a good quality battery they insisted to do tests on the battery & 5days later after we contacted them they say there is nothing wrong with the battery so we said fair enough but we still want the money back & it is still in the CPA specs. They say they in CPA specs "if the product is returned in 7days without use they will accept it".we must now take legal acction per their manag
