Battery exchanged during service

I took my Getz to Hyundai Centurion for it's 60 000 km service. When I received my cehicle back the clock had stopped and the radio was also disconnected. This was because the battery of the vehicle was disconnected. During this service there was no need for anything to be done with the battery disconnected. Since then I must jumpstart the vehicle, I did not have this problem before the service. The only conclution is that they exchanged my vehciles battery with an old battery.
Their customercare phoned to confirm if I was happy with the service and I told them what happended. Nothing was done about this.
I even went back to explain the situation to them and still nothing is been done. They suggested I bring the battery in so that it can be charged. This will not solve my problem, they can have their old battery back and I want a new battery or the one that they removed from my vehicle.

If this can be done how can you trust them to service your car - what else did they remove from my car.
