DONT BUY FROM ZANDO

Purchased boots from Zando. The delivery came, I took them home and tried them on. Walked around a little (only in my house) and found they were a little uncomfortable. Zando offers a 14 day return policy. I phoned them to collect the boots on 19/8/13. Later that week, as no-one had arrived to collect, I phoned them again. Only on 3/9/13 were the boots collected. Waited a week, expecting a refund. Phoned them today they said the warehouse had rejected the refund because I had "worn" the boots. They sent me a photograph of the bottom of the boots. How disgusted and flabbergasted I was. The heels were almost completely "worn down". How could this have happened, since I only walked in the boots, at home, for not more than 10 minutes! They are sending those RUINED boots back to me and I must accept them like that?? What a disgrace!! I suspect that something "fishy" happened from the time they were collected from me to the time they arrived at Zando's warehouse. How sorry I am that I didn't take a photo of the boots before I sent them back to Zando. You haven't heard the end of this ZANDO!!! Stickers on bottom of boots now on when I took them off - how come??
