Range Rover Evoque Falling Apart

At 10 000 km I took the vehicle to both Sandton and Waterford Land Rover for inspection and technical repairs and reports on the faults. I have subsequently reported this to Jaguar Land Rover SA and have 3 different case managers. It has taken over a month to actually get a case no. I have now emailed and have been waiting for over a week for a reply.

Faults - the vehicle feels like the front suspension is about to fall apart - not a classy act for an off road vehicle that is struggling to stay on the tar.

I suspect the engine mounting, shocks etc have problems - the agents did not call for technical support from JLR SA - not that that would have made a difference. The automatic gear box also now seems to have a problem, I suspect due to the engine not been aligned? The air- makes a noise when you put it on - sounds like it moves when the belts are under load and I heard a grinding noise which sounded like something was touching something that it was not supposed to be...

This will be my last Range Rover - shocking at the price!!

What is the use of warranties or service plan if neither exist???
