First disappointment, my Range Rover Evoque malfunctioned after only having if for such a short period. I contacted Land Rover assist and they advised that my car be towed in so that they could have a look at it. The car was towed away on the 05-12-2013. After a couple of days, it was brought back to me in the middle of the night with the rain pouring. I inspected the body of the car but did not check the panoramic roof as the cover was open mid way (clearly to hide the damage) and never in my wildest dream did I think it could be damaged. I did not use my car the following day, the day that I decided to, I got a nasty huge crack on the roof as a rolled the cover off. I immediately contacted Range Rover and was given the run around since then. I have spent a small fortune calling people who'd promise to get back to me and never doing so. That's if they are at work. Now a month later, yesterday - they inform me that they are not going to repair it. I pay too much money for this mediocre service that I have received from Land Rover. I have come to regret the decision of ever purchasing a car from them. If you need a car - STAY VERY FAR FROM Land Rover!!
