Useless service

I pay 60 odd rand for overnight delivery. Its now 2 days later no parcel. Cal
Ed the call centre, holding the line for 21 minutes just to be disconnected. Eventually got through, they have the wrong adress. No one called me to confirm the adress or to say they could not deliver the parcel.

Useless in the highest degree. Remind me to never use Slowway Couriers again.you
