No delivery after numerous calls

First they tried to deliver to the wrong person, then after phoning them they send the parcel out again but failed to notify me of any cost that needed to be paid on delivery. They then tried to deliver the parcel but they could not receive cash payments only card payments but they did not have a card machine with them so they left again with the parcel. Eventually I received a invoice from them for a eft but the banking details were incomplete. After a figured out the details I made the payment and send proof of payment. 2 Days later still no response. After about 5 calls and about 30min of holding they told me they tried to deliver but when they arrived at the adress at 10:30 the morning there were no one there. Well the adress was the headquarters of Tile Africa and Norcros SA so figure that out. Still awaiting feedback, wonder what the excuse will be tomorrow. I don't see any express in their service, in fact I don't see any service. Avoid them at all cost.
