I recently took my Toyota Tazz in for a service at your Linmeyer Branch. A week later I discovered that my cam belt cover was missing. I called in and I spoke to Daniel he advised me to bring my car in so that he would either find the missing cover or order me a new one, I went to the branch that Saturday at 11:30 only to find that the branch was already closed. I thereafter called in again the following week and I was promised that by Daniel that they would be open on Saturday, which I did only for him to confirm that it was their mistake and he would order a new cover for me and that I can come to the branch at any time and they will fit it. The following week Saturday I went in to have my cover fitted, Daniel did not have the part nor did he order it. It will now cost me money to rectify 'Linmeyers' mistake let alone my time and petrol. This is the second time that I have had a bad service from car service city.
