I recently (about 2 months ago) bought a blackberry cover from MTN in Wynberg's Maynard Mall and the cover is chipping, cracking and peeling, even though I do not manhandle my cellphone and it is rarely dropped or placed on rough surfaces.
I went to this branch to complain about the quality of this cover and the person who assisted me was very nonchalant and made no attempt to make an effort to replace it.
next time I need to buy accessories for my phone it won't be at any MTN branch and I feel that if I wanted to buy a cheap cover i would go to a vendor and pay R20.00. But to pay R75.00 for a cover that can barely serve it's purpose any more is unacceptable, and so is the bad service from the staff member at this branch.
