I took my car to Moto-Lube a month ago for a service. When I go my car back I looked under the bonnet to find 2 bolts are missing from my Plug cover on my Suzuki Swift GLS. I called and they said i must bring my car so they can check n see what size bolts. I took my car back on a Saturday n everything was taken down to be ordered. 2 weeks later I called again to find out if bolts were ordered. Peter said he does not know anything about this and I must bring my car in AGAIN. So I took it back again on a Saturday. Again was said the bolts will be ordered without taking the size or anything. Peter said he knows exactly what to order. Again 2 weeks later. I had to call just to find out he does not know what the size of the bolts was en I had to bring my car back in. I dont have the time or money to drive up n down to Moto-Lube every weekend!
I think this is disgusting service from Moto-Lube and they will not see me for my next service and I will spread the word not to take your car there. As they loose partes of your car when servicing. Maybe next time is is a part my car needs that will make damage to my car!!
