My car was sent in for a service and for oil leaks to be fixed.

The car was initially delivered to me with the under-wing cover tied on with cable ties and a part missing from the cover. I found the missing part thrown into a container of spare parts from another car.
The inside of the wing under the bonnet was flooded with oil as was the area below the timing cover. The cam shaft cover was not replaced properly and the power steering pipe was not clipped into position. The whole car inside and out was covered with oily marks. They riveted the cover on with enormous silver rivets so my car now looks as though it has been in an accident, and wiped the oil up with a greasy rag.

I discovered on reaching home, that there was still oil leaking from under the spark plug cover and that a bolt was missing in the cylinder head resulting in oil pumping out. So I now have an extra (new) leak and a missing special bolt to find. It seems that the mechanic did not know Volvo cars at all- the removal of the under-wing panel and the loosening of air cleaner clamps is unnecessary in the case of my Volvo. I am worried about what else has not been done properly of the less visible items.
