I took both my wife's and my cars to VDS-both cars sustained hail damage. I waited 2 weeks for my wife's car- lots of stories. Time came to book my car in, a Hyundai Tuscon, black- again lots of stories- 2 weeks elapsed- I was told that my car would be ready so I went there, the Friday- that it was still in quality control- which is a joke- no quality control- was assembled and polished last minute & went over time-got my car approx 17:30. Immediately I told them that there is a deep scratch on the back plastic bumper that wasn't there. I also saw a scratch that wasn't there on the back hatch-metal part. The diagram was referred to & it was confirmed that they weren;t there before. Jo told me it will be seen to. I took my car. Later one morning when I went to the filling station to clean my windscreen, I discovered my new wiper blades were removed and replaced with old faded ones. There were an addtional 2 marks, i.e 4 marks in total that wasn't on my car before. Immediately I drove to them & told them I am going to the newspapers. Wynand removed 2 of the marks with a rag & some polish- told me that someone could have removed it in my complex-strange that puts old wipers on
