I took my Volvo to be serviced. From the outset there was bad attitude from Aubrey. I explained to him that the previous occasion I took my car in for servicing, the metal part inside the door had been dented while in for service, and was replaced. I showed him that there were 3 metal parts inside the car which could be damaged by the service team, pointed out where the current damage was, and told him that if the same thing happened I would expect the metal part to be replaced. When I collected the car there was a new dent where the metal was not previously damaged. I had shown him prior to the service that there was no damage in that area of the car. The service manager has refused to replace that part of the car, even though it was damaged by the service team. Knobs for the sound system and air conditioning are covered by a bad quality thin plastic which peels. My sister's Volvo had the same thing happen and they replaced the knobs. But I've been told "Volvo has to approve it" but it's around a month now for 4 plastic knobs. The windscreen wipers were supposed to be replaced and fixed and weren't. The Service Manager isn't interested. Follow up calls ineffective.
