Problem with windscreen

The car had a cracked windscreen i took it in they checked it and said it was a chip (which was a fault on my side) Then when i was about to leave the dealer the windscreen had another crack which originally was not the when dropping off the car. I called the service manager who then said the technician was wrong and that that model has a problem with windscreens of which he advised to bring back the car the following day so it can be fitted with a new windscreen. I took the car back it took the whole day there. four days later i woke up to a cracked windscreen. I went to report and was told to bring it back again the following day, i explained to the manger that i was in a lift club and this was inconvenience, he didnt respond to that and just said their drivers will pick me up from work. no-one came back to me when i called in the service advisor had no idea what was hapenning with my car and promised to call back, an hour later she tells me that my car was not ready and nothing had been done with it yet. i then contacted the branch manager Graig Krummerick explained to him and he just transfered me back to the first manager i spoke to. The service there is poor.
