I handed my car in for cv joint replacement, 13 May 2013, 9am. Supposed to get back by 1pm, its lunch the next day, Where is the cv joint delivery guy??? 2 days drive on 100km??? Really??? So i needed my car urgently for meeting today, so they had to put the old part back in, on its way to me, it broke completely... But still no part from Jhb!!! Does your delivery guys walk from town to town, cause he left 3pm in Johannesburg and he is still not here, 20 HOURS LATER!!! What the is up with this pathetic service... Ive read sooo many complaints on Hello Peter about Auto Mate.. I will never again use you or suggest anyone uses you. I will also bring this under the attention of local newspapers. This is unacceptable... At least have a rental ready if you know your deliveries and service are so pathetic... The guys at the branch is very helpful, but seriously i hope all these complaint will be brought under the attention of the owner (G.B) himself, and he realizes how bad all these complaints makes him looks.
