Kia Randfontein took my vehicle to repair it for a faulty gearbox - this is a new car 7 months old and it has a factory fault on it where 3 of the gears was faulty - all went well untill they returned my vehicle to me after it being by them for almost 4weeks When they returned my vehicle i inspected it and to my dissappointment I found scratch marks on my car - The driver took my car back to the dealer just so it can be returned back to me the following day - they removed some of the scratches but 3 majors marks was left there and there attitude was it was old marks (which it was not as you can see it is not old marks) I phone to speak to the dealerprincipal and it is know 3 days later and she has still not returned my phone call. I have reported it to Kia South Africa and they also still has not made contact with me after 2 days - I had made a comment on there facebook page and various people has commented on it and still Kia just dont' to try and make contact with me This is very bad service from Kia
