Keeping it short because my whole story is way more that 1200 characters. Basically, I took my car to Hyundai Menlyn for the free 60-point safety check. I dropped of my car at 8AM for this check. Between 3PM and 3:30PM I phoned them but their phone lines were down, they couldn't receive calls but they could call out. I wanted to ask them to move my car inside or if I could come pick it up as a hail storm was coming. They hail storm arrived at about 3:40PM. At 4PM I finally got through and I was assured (By Simone) my car is safe and parked inside. When I arrived at 5PM to pick up my car Stefan also assured me my car wasn't parked outside when the hail came down. On my inspection this morning I saw various big hail marks/damage on my vehicle. I was furios! They to me! I phoned the manager Jacques and he just refuses to take any responsibility and just says there wasn't enough parking and they couldn't get all the cars inside in time. Why didn't they call me when they were finished? Why do they overbook their workshop to such an extent that there isn't enough parking? I will never take my car to Hyundai Menlyn again and I suggest you don't either. BAD Service and BAD Attitude!!!
