After my insurance arranged a rental due to repairs being done on my vehicle, I was promised a vehicle the same night in order to attend to business the following morning.
The car was confirmed on two calls to be delivered to my home at 20h00, but at 23h15 I had, had enough and decided to go to bed.
The following morning, I had to contact Gage in order to find out we're this mysterious car had gone missing in action. First representative confirmed 20h00 the previous night, the second said there was a mistake made and system shows 08h00, how poor.
Having said this, I had to cancel a very important meeting with on of my companies biggest customers in regards to the sale of capital equipment. Bad reflection on us seeing that we are trying to sell equipment to them in the region of about R30m.
Now been told that I should receive the car at 10h00, This is pathetic service and never plan to use Gage again if I have my way!!!
