A fixed two year financial rental agreement on Point of Sale equipment was cancelled with their staff/agent. There was an agreement confirmed by the director and agent with the supplier of the equipment that an extra month payment would result in the termination of the agreement and transfer of the equipment into the name of the purchaser - Modena Trading 40cc. They continued to draw funds from the company for two further years! And won't acknowledge the cancellation despite the e-mail proof addressed to the agent who left the business under a cloud. There is approx R90k involved. Not what one expects from a company in the Mercantile Bank stable who in turn is part of the international business ADG.
I'm discovering several more people via facebook and twitter who have had terrible experiences with the company and who will never deal with them again.
