BAD SERVICE

My vehicle was taken to Danmar Auto Benoni, at the beginning of March, for repair, after a hijacking. I do understand and am fully aware that parts take time to order and be received. However, during the period my vehicle was at Danmar, we had made numerous calls and received promises of reply calls which never were made to us. We followed up with Mecedec SA regarding the spares that were required, and were informed that they had been in the despatch- Danmar never bother to follow up and collect - delaying the completion of the vehicle. WE were telephoned and told my vehicle was ready for collection. Included in the repair costs quoted by our insurance company, was a full valet on the vehicle. On arrival, my husband found that there was grass in the boot, finger print powder still all over the interior of the vehicle, white powder on the floor of the vehicle and the replacement mats in the back of the vehicle in a plastic bag. Why call us to collect when the services that were supposed to be provided are not done. Yes... Fernandes said he has hundreds of vehicles to over see... well clearly Danmar Benoni cannot cope with the workload and need to look at how much work they accept
