Courier does not lift goods into truck?

I paid these people to transport a generator to Gauteng. I never heard from them and when I contacted them he said they dont uplift? Lift onto the truck. When I again tried to speak to them they were speaking over me and I had to shout to make my point. I phoned another company and for them it is standard to lift the goods on and off the truck. My last call they dropped the phone on me. I am now accmuulating costs as it is a specialized generator and the guys to install it are waiting at my premisis. This generator should have been in Gauteng on Saturday.
