General Motors South Africa
Overpricing, Refusal to take corrective measures

I took my car in for service on 3 May. During the course of the morning I received a call telling me there were chips found on my windscreen and I gave authorisation for those to be repaired. When I received my car after the service, I could not find the chips on the windscreen. I called the service centre to query the amount but was then told the repairs were done by an external company and I would need to contact them directly. One agent told me they would follow-up which was not done, another was rude, shouting over the phone and basically implied that this was not your problem to deal with. I am not prepared to do that. The gentleman who called told me he was calling from GM Centurion and my payment went to GM centurion, I fail to understand why I now need to run around to get the money or even have the chips shown to me when neither the service consultant nor the gentleman who called told me my car would exchange hands during the course of the day and that GMSA would take no responsibility for what happens while my vehicle is in their care.
It's a Pity my car is still under warranty which is the only reason I bring it to your service centres. Seriously poor service from day 1
