Over the years I have become jaded with what passes for service in many businesses. My recent shocker of a car-purchasing experience with Suzuki Northcliff, coupled with the amazing feedback i got from a friend who had bought a car from BEC is what actually got me to consider Bryanston Executive Cars as my next car-seeking destination.
It's only been a week since my purchase, but I can already see why she can't stop raving about them. Devon was the salesman who had sold her the car, and his after-sale service was so impeccable that buying from him was a no-brainer. From the test-drive to the securing of insurance, he was the consummate professional, doing in a couple of days what Suzuki Northcliff had continued to bungle over a week - and with minimum hassle for me. He really is proof that there are still skilled and knowledgeable people with integrity in the used-car trade.
At this rate, i intend to take all my future business to him/them.
