I am disgruntled with Bosch Westrand in Chamdor I am not even sure what to do.
I took my Kombi to be fixed about 3 months ago. After three weeks of waiting and continuously being told to buy this and that and paying about R9000 or so. I was told to come fetch the car, when my wife got there she was informed that there was burglary and they have R7000 worth of my radio system. She was then told there are going to claim from insurance. After waiting for the month asked my wife to go and find out the progress. She was told that there are going to send the assessor to check the vehicle. The assessor was sent three or so weeks ago. I then called them yesterday the 08th May 2013 to check on the progress. Then a guy called Quinton informs me that there will not replace my sound system. I must just forget about my money.
