I took my radio for repairs, DVD player couldn't' read the DVD, this was on the 10 January 2013, up until today it is not fixed. I kept on calling Teldon to find out whether its fixed or not and they kept on telling that they waiting the parts that they ordered. After sometimes I called again on the 23 Mar and I was told that they can't find parts and that I must come and get my system. When I got to the shop, De Wet told me that when I called in earlier on whoever that I talked to is new and didn't know what is happening in the shop, my radio is fixed and I had to pay R420.00, it was discounted because of the inconvenience. He assured me that everything is working fine and he replaced the laser, I paid them. When I got home it had a funny sound immediately when I connected it. The DVDs were still not playing. They sent Techs again to my house and I showed them the problem and they said they will fix it as they could see the problem, I just called them now they say they will sent a tech to check it @ my place. I feel robbed because my system has never worked and I want a refund.
