Took my car in last week Thursday 9 May 2013 Sound System wasn't playing. They told me they've checked everything and there is nothing wrong with the radio. Must bring it on 14 May 2013 Tuesday. Feedback I got from them was that they found the coin inside and burst the radio and they wont replace or fix it. Its not Faulty fitted. Should i want to replace the sound System must pay R 25000 .
Complained to their manager and he said there is nothing they can do. I told him i don't understand how the coin got in there. I never took off/ out my CD on a CD slot.
Yesterday the sound system played from nowhere and then again went off and this morning it played but not working properly. So I don't understand the logic out of this whole thing. If there is a coin inside will assume its them who put it in because they couldn't find the solution and why they didn't pick this up last week Thursday?
I still insist there is something wrong with it. if the coin burst the radio why is it playing?
They have to fix this or will take it to another dealership. My car is still under warranty.
