I got Renault Sandero Stepway about 3 weeks ago, once i got it i've noticed that the ending off jobs on the car, the rubbers on the doors, it was really installed very poorly, some of the seems has a cm gap in between. How is that going to look after a year? The radio did not even work correctly. So i phoned Jabu, he came after a week to take the car and just changed the radio, he then told me that he took the pictures and sent it to Renault SA, now he is waiting for feedback. Yesterday it sounds like a pump that is not pumping "lekker" and is making noise under the hood. This is my 1st Renault car and really thought this car was a good deal, but i'm starting to get dissapointed in the make now. Please can someone at Renault SA phone me to tell me what is going on, not Jabu from Woodmead to tell me he is waiting for head office, i want somebody at head office to phone me to tell me what is going on. I'm really not going to wait anymore. This is now not fair against me to driver a new car, out the box just to have more problems with it then a second hand car.
