I logged a query with Vodacom on the 26th of November 2012 for my parcel to be collected. They told me RAM would be making the collection.
Meanwhile I went on holiday and heard an advertisement over the radio that RAM were spotted in the Kalahari. Well I believe that they are still lost in the Kalahari seeing that they still haven't been able to come and collect my parcel.
After logging a complaint they phoned me sarcastically last week Friday and told me my parcel would be collected 14 January 2013 so I said fine couldn't hurt seeing I've been waiting over a month! Guess what I am still sitting with the parcel 15 January 2013. They probably got stuck in the sand along the way or ran out of fuel.
