I bought a car in January at Mc Carthy Nissan Germiston, I've found out that the service book was not included in the books (Sales) Man Rudolf Dutoit gave me. I informed him personally, telephonically and via e-mail, his answer will be "I will call just now" till today I have not received it. I'm very disappointed.
