I had my beige leather seats repaired by Wynberg Motor Trimmers after my seats were cleaned with a chemical agent that damaged the leather and subsequently resulted in the colour coming out. Although a great job was done, I noticed a new pen mark on the seat when i went to fetch the vehicle after the repair. I pointed it out to Anthea, the owner and without any arguments, she immediately offered to repair it it her cost and apologised for the inconvenience. About 4 months later, creases showed up on the repaired leather patches and appeared to show cracks. I took back the vehicle and again their service was impecable. She recognised me the moment I walked in squeezed me into their busy schedule the following day already to try and repair the damage. Again, at her cost!
A big thank you to Wynberg Auto Trimmers for all your help with my extra-ordinary case. Going the extra mile trying to save my seats, ensuring that you have a satisfied customer, rather than seeing $$$ signs is so refreshing to see.
I hardly ever get the opportunity to post a compliment of this nature online, but this level of service, surely deserves it!
