Responding on a loyalty Voucher received per email to purchases certain books, a discount will be given to the value of R250.00. If all the books in the rage are bought, will result in a saving of R1250.00. I was only interested in one book that costs R499.00 and with the discount the book will cost R249.00 which was purchased and paid with my credit card. No invoice was created - only a email later to confirm the order & quoting the Client number. An amount of R5049..80 was charged to my credit card two days later. The person assisting me on the customer services line by the name of Ezelyn (he spelled his name), said they have a problem on the website and that the amount will be repaid within 7 days. Two days later my office received a call to enquire what book was bought. I returned the call and spoke with Shimanga who tried to assist me. According to her I made a mistake while processing the order (which is not true) and unless the books is returned, no refund will be paid. The three thin paperback books posted to me included an invoice of R4221.00 stamped as paid. The books can be returned with their fee postal service but there is no guarantee that they will receive the books.
