Big boys at Fury are unprofessional liars

I bought a Mazda 5 from Fury Sandton, 8days after taking delivery my hand brake fails and my car rolled into my wall, I immediately took it back at the request of the DP Warren Foyn to be inspected by the workshop and without any answers I was sent home. Warren did not get back to me until I eventually contacted him the next afternoon, he said he would contact me when he had some answers, 5days later, without hearing back from them, I emailed Warren and told him that due to his lack of response and my concern for my safety, the safety of my child and the other children I drive around as part of my business I was considering going to the CPA. He responded that he would only take my car back if there was a problem with the brakes. I responded and he never got back to me! I then emailed the CEO of fury Marq Roberts and he simply forwarded the email back to Warren! How does one manage their staff like this?? They have now taken my car and given me standard Figo, which I cannot conduct my business with. Although they ensured me that nothing was wrong with my car they have kept it over night. How do I know they are not working on it without my knowledge? Big boys playing like children!!
