We bought a vehicle at Mccarthy nissan Germiston end of may after we traded our old vehicle. We were assisted by jaco visser and paul the FNI. I have requested them to send me proof of payment after they have settled my old vehicle but that fell on deaf hears. I have tried to follow up every week for it and always there was promises that we never kept. End of June my account was debited with old vehicle installment and the vehicle was stil not settled. The dealer paid an amount we didn't agreed on by the bank only on the 18th of june and it was not enough to settle the vehicle but the offer to purchase says something else.
This two people have failed me and i now have two vehicle that i still need to pa because my old vehicle has not been settled.
i will never refer my friends or colleques to this dealer because they ripping people off.
