On the 22 October 2013 i traded in my 2007 Nissan Quashqai for new 2013 Quashqai. The guys at nissan in Germiston agreed to trade in my old car for R 70, 000.00 and with their trade in assist they will settle my loan with mfc for R109, 000.00. They did the settlement on 23 October 2013. On the 26 october my account was debited again for my old car. Meaning i paid for car that was already settled.
When i realised this i notified sales lady at Mccarthy Nissan germiston and she said she will arrange that i get credited for this amount. But till today i have not seen this money in my account. Will i ever get my R 2907.00?
