We bought a vehicle recently from Hyundai East Rand (Boksburg). And want to compliment the company and our sales Executive Pearl on a awesome experience. From the day we viewed the vehicles in their showroom, up to the day a i could drive my Brand new i20 1.2 motion from their premises.
We would like to say thank you to Pearl our sales executive, Miranda the business manager who actually came in on the 1 May to sign the contract in order for me to get my car. MFC for their outstanding service on the 30 April something our own bank of 22years could not offer us. The bell ringing and the applause from all the sales executives on the floor before i took ownership of my car which was something real special. Although Pearl had to ring the bell on my behalf lol.
In general we as South Africans are not use to this type of service anymore to actually leave the customer with that memorable experience. So well done Hyundai and well done Pearl, and management of East Rand Hyundai.
