Aramex South Africa
Main centre definition needs clarifying

I orderded a item on Kalahari with delivery from Berco Express on 8/2/2013. I received the waybill confirming delivery the next working day on 8/2/2013, providing my address falls within the main centre. The definition of main centre on Kalahari's website and Berco's are exactly the same (Taken from Berco's FAQ page):

10. What is classed as an Outlying Area or Secondary Centre?

Any destination outside of a 50 km radius of a Main Centre (Main Centres include Pretoria, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Kimberley, Stellenbosch, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Nelspruit, Vereeniging, Rustenburg and Polokwane).

My address is 22km outside of Pretoria THUS WITHIN THE MAIN CENTRE.

After phoning them countless times today 11/2/2013 I was informed that my parcel will only be delivered 13/2/0/2013 with no assistance from the total and utter unhelpfull staff at customer care. The only answer she was albe to give me was 'everyone knows that Kameeldrift-East is a regional centre' - I need more than a answer like that, afterall that is NOT what the website states as regional.

I am so unhappy with Berco and their unprofessional way of handling this.
