I always go to Renault Northcliff which offers the best service etc whilst I stay close to Pincess Crossing. I never went to Princess Crossing as I have always been warned regarding their service. I went to the dealer to purchase break pads, gave the guy my vin number yet he gives me wrong brake pads. Returned the break pads on the day, he promised the refund will take 2 days this is already the third week. Infuriating part is that whenever I call they say tomorrow so for the past weeks its been tomorrow after tomorrow. This is a total inconvenience and clearly illustrates how these people think less of their customers. Why should it be my problem if the Director cannot sign the cheque? I was on the phone with the guy suddenly its hang up, when I call again I am placed on hold for long clearly he is avoiding me.
