I bought brake pads to service my vehicle from Autozone Wonderboom. After getting home I realised that the sales person supplied me with the wrong part. I went back to exchange the brake pads for the right part whereby I was told that they do not exchange brake pads If the box was damaged. When I recieved the box it was damaged clearly already. No one at Autozone wanted to take responsibility of supplying the wrong part in the first instance, do an exchange for the right part or a cash back offer. Even if they supplied the right part the damaged box could just be swapped for a better one.
