I had my car taken to Loe Haese BMW Centurion for repairs to the navigation system. The car was there for over 21 days, various excuses. When the car was booked in, a check list was filled in and my navigation CD was ticked as yes but when I received the car, the CD was not present. I had complained to that dealer but they did not come back to me so I elevated it to BMW SA and have spoken to Nkululeko Shoba at at customer care. He mentioned that Leohaense is not going to replace it because of the terms and conditions that I signed and he cannot force them to replaceit. I asked asked him to give it to me in writing but still have no response as yet. I wonder if my spare wheel goes went missing when my car gets booked for a service, will it be on my expense to replace it although it states on the check list that the spare wheel was present in the car.
