I am a very unhappy client have never experienced such a horrible service @ VW Soweto. 1stly it was with my 1st car (Polo) i took it in for service and they my USB memory stick which was later found with 1 of the colleagues.#2nd incident, i took my car for a service it then started giving me prblems that they couldn't fix as the engine was overheating, I was assisted by MR Mashaba (Manager) who lent me a car to use. #3rdly i decided to buy a brand new car which @ 1st i was misinformed by Ali (salesman) about price and accessories, i had to fight cause i was given incorect information and then i decided to meet them halfway wit the Price. The reason i bought the new car is because they said a it comes with MAINTANACE PLAN When i bought the new car they were supposed to settle the debt on the old car only to find out that 2 installments went through. After a long Quarell with DP (GARY) who did not want to listen to my story until "Ali" went out, and then 10mintes later he came with papers, which they did not want me to see, then THE DP decided, they will setle that old car after 20 days. I service my new car, new car only to find out that it had no MAINTANCE PLAN for My GOF 6.
