THIS IS WHAT I SENT TO BMW SOUTH AFRICA!!!
I wish to advise that my husband decided to purchase a brand new F800GS Adventurer. I phoned Centurion and was told they had no stock and they would contact us. However my husband had seen it in the Rustenburg Branch and went through on Wednesday 7 Aug 2013. He decided then and there to buy it. We bought this motorbike CASH. My problem however is - although I asked, no discount was given. He bought a brand new helmet of 5000 as well. The total was R144516-85. No discount no jacket no helmet not even a pen!! I work in a company which is a million times smaller than BMW and when someone purchases something more than R50000 they get discount or a gift or SOMETHING to say thanks for their support. I find this very unprofessional. He is a manager at one of the big mines, imagine what an advert it would have been if he boasted a BMW jacket or something. I am just a client that most certainly does not keep quiet when I am unhappy about something. I believe if we don't talk no one hears!! My opinion!! The sales lady Ashleigh was very good just a pity that she did not fight harder for her client
