NOT HAPPPY WITH THE SERVICE

I JUST WANT TO FIND OUT WHY VW DID'NT REPLACE THE CAMBELT ON POLO BEFORE IT CLOCKED 100KM, JUST NOW I HAD TO PAY MORE THAN R4000., 00 FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE WHILE IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I BELIEVE YOUR SERVICE IS NOT RIGHT BECAUSE EVEN WHEN I BOUGHT MY SECOND POLO BRAND NEW, I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THE SERVICE PLAN IS SEPARATE. I HAD TO RUSH AND APPLY FOR A SERVICE PLAN WHEN MY CAR CLOCKED 15KM.

VW IS A GOOD CAR BUT YOUR SERVICE IS STINKING!

ON THIS POLO (ACC 85192373072) THE WIPER IS SCRATCHING THE BONNET BECAUSE IT WAS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. I HAVE REPORTED WHEN I TOOK THIS CAR FOR 15K'S BUT NOT DONE.
