BAD, REAL BAD MANAGEMENT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

In the second week of February 2013 I took my car (golf 5) to Soweto Volkswagen as it indicated an engender fault on the speedometer. I drove the car to the centre and been using the car since November last year thorough out the festive season then decided to take it in February as it didn't have much power, 2 weeks went by without hearing from the garage (VW), and when I eventually contacted them and spoke to Ntsoaki (service consultant) she informed me that "the vehicle was not yet attended to because the mechanic whom the vehicle was assigned to was on sick leave". A week after, she called and told me the mechanic was struggling to to fix the car, but they'll keep on trying, then days later she called (Ntsoaki) and told me that the mechanic said the car needs a new engine. I told her that I do not have such money and will come to fetch the car, when I got to the garage (VW) I saw the floor manager Philemon Mashaba, the car as far worse than when I brought it in, it didn't idle at all. Then he promised that he will make sure that I get he car the way it came in, after few days I went back to find out how far he was. Up to today (11/04/2013) I stil do not have the car back.
