Terrible service at Killarney
I have been waiting several months for a part for my Prado. Finally, last Thursday (18/4) I received a call to say that it had arrived and I could bring my car in today. When I arrived to drop off the car, I was told that they had had the part since 20/3 and that it had been sent back to the factory the day BEFORE they called me. the service consultant gave me a half-hearted apology and blamed his colleague, when I called later to complain I didn't even get an apology. Between the service and the attitude, I don't think I will be going back.
