Bitter Tate

Vw Umhlanga has left nothing but a bitter taste in my mouth and as a First time buyer I am left with nothing but disappointment with this branch!! The salesman was quick enough to convince me from purchasing a second hand vehicle to a brand New Polo Blue Motion 1.2tdi 2012. I did a bit of research on the vehicle and on the VW Site it only gave service interval of 15 000km and didnt state if it had a service plan or not. I questioned my Salesman if the vehicle came with a service plan and was told it did up to 60 000km. Being a service advisor I know the benifts of having a Service plan, Once the necessary paperwork was filled in and submitted i asked if I could extend the plan up to 90 000km I was told the paperwork was already submitted and we would have to pay cash as the application couldnt be reversed to add the balance. We then decided to leave it at 60 000km. Having peace of mind I went on my merry way signing the deal and taking delivery. To my very surprise booking my first service I was told my vehicle had no service plan!! I immediatley contacted Mlu Ntuli who then

morning i service my car 2019/10/14
with Legend motors i have to pay on my own whereas i have service plan with your company.I did several phone calls unfortunately i did not have proof of payment then i paid R 1725.00 as they tried to get hold of your company but no luck
