Having bought a new VW Polo Bluemotion in October and having done just over 5000km of driving I experienced complete brake failure last week.
After lengthy drama with VW Roadside assit we ended up at the Lindsey Saker Fourways VW dealer some hours later, the service agent Niven Harden was so laid back and uninterested he simply said well you will have to replace your windshield and we don't have courtesy cars so make a plan and we'll get back to you if we find a problem.
I received no further updates. I finally was told by VW that they couldn't find a problem so they're happy for me to take the vehicle back.
Would you drive the car or take it back having experienced complete brake failure and agent tells you he cant find a fault?
